I have ordered an phone in samsung.in which delivers via this delhivery company. The order is already delayed by 10 days. So I visited in person to the HQ office in hometown, which I was made to wait for 2 hours to see manager. When manager comes he doesnt want to hear from anyone. So much adamant. The delivery team is not even helping saying they dont know where the consignment is and also told me that they dono when can they deliver the item.
Worst worst worst company ever. Dono how they are running the business. total B.S
