Me & my wife was travelling from Mayur Vihar Phase 2 ( Neelam Mata Mandir) to New Kondli on 22/03/2019 at 2: 00 PM.
On ticket it was clearly written that the bus fare is only ₹; 5.00 per pessanger. So they need to charge ₹; 10.00 for two pessanger but they charged me ₹; 20.00 for two pessangers.
When I asked conductor, then he told me that don’t worry and remain sit down. This all extra ₹; 10 - ₹; 10 rupees make thier extra income of conductors and drivers throughout the day.
Conductors also behave like fully illeterate person. They don’t know how to behave to the poors and children.
There is a huge need to upgrade this small things in DTC busses.
