Respected Sir,      Sub: Immediate Action Against Failing Government

Ref.: STOP WAR OF GUJRAT (Call in the name of HUMANITY)

First of all, with due respect and courtesy, I beg to place a few facts for you. Pardon the liberty for addressing YOU as “RASHTRA PITA” instead of RashtraPATI. As I feel you should be rightly called.

As a citizen of India, I herewith seize my civil rights to draw your kind attention to the current situation of India and would request you to please take the necessary action against the Government’s criminal activities and anti-rule policy.

India is known as a secular country among the world but the present ruling party in central Government declares it as HINDUTVA instead of Secularism. The Govt. is straight away spoiling the reputation of the country in the world and destroying the secularism, economy and the whole nation by impractical activities and breaking off the law & order.

A big fight between the opposition and the Ruling Party (the Government) to get the political power spoiling the nation and killing the innocent citizens of India.

Citizen has always a faith & trust in the Police Force, Army and other defense departments but present situation has changed the mind of Indians and there is only one way which we can trust is the JUDICIARY.

Now a days it has been clearly disclosed that Gujrat Government is encouraging the war between hindus and muslims.

An immediate action should be taken by Your highest office and the Supreme Court Of India by arranging to send the Attorney General to Gujrat to get awareness of the present situation and arrest the culprits behind all killing and crimes.

A permission from the President would be more than enough for the Supreme Court to take this action immediately.

Usually it is found that Court enters a case after the crime get over but we strongly believe that court is to punish the criminals while they commit crime.

Police is the one who brings the suspect of the crime to the court, unfortunately Police is also involved in the recent Carnage.

We believe and challenge that if The Intelligence Dept. and the Police Force of India decide to stop a crime either it is major or minor, they are enough capable to do so and we are really proud of it.

I know that a petition is required in the court and a lot of documents too to enter a case in the court but I have only a voice which may be an alert for the protection of the country’s reputation. A human being can understand it easily and you are the luckiest man to seize this opportunity to save the nation through the power and authority given to you by the Almighty God.

Indians believe in Court and you all are the pillars of the justification. If you do not stand up at this time what will you do all your life.

Please save the nation. Get up and act against the crime. If you feel that you would be helpful to do so, please let me know and I will go through all official formalities to file a case against the Government.

Please stop all Nonsense and make India a peaceful country. Let us once again say Sare Jahaan Se Achcha….
