Dear All,
I would like to thank for our PM that they have provided to travel in Delhi metro .Its really good experience with DMRC.
According to my views, there should miner changes required in DMRC Services, today I am going to share the point need to work upon on it.
Firstly the ladies coach should be increase, because as compare to other coach there are lots of ladies who is not too much comfortable to travel in gents coach or general coach.
Also I would like to thank to DMRC that we have now token machine services, online recharge services available on DMRC.
Its save our lots of times.
I travel by metro on daily basis.
Also I would like to request to our PM as well DMRC team, please reduce the fare of traveling as we have lots of number people who generally travel on daily basis, a poor person who wants to travel in delhi metro but for the saving purpose he just travel through Bus. Because if he invest on daily basis fare so he can not save money.
if the fare of traveling is less as before delhi metro were taking so number of traveler would be increase . and it would be good sign for the ranking for delhi metro for faith of consumer as well more comfortable.
Apart, all things are good in metro. Fully Ac, Well cleaned platform .
One more issue I have been faced that when I go for office from new ashok nagar metro station the time of train is showing 1 min but it takes almost 7 min to come . so I would suggest to delhi metro if the timing are showing of train coming so it should come on time .
This is enough experience with delhi metro.
