Less tastier than Maggi

Though del monte might me known for the fruits and juices, I do not believe when it comes to tomato ketchup. The taste is a bit artificial and boring as compared to the age old maggi or the Heinz brand. The sweet and sour taste like maggi is not found. It does not feel that good when having with samosa or sandwich. You surely cannot mix while cooking as you will not have that tomato flovour. May be it could be tried with French fries but I had to add some salt to get the taste.

Though Del MOnte might be claiming to have 29% of the tomato content versus 26.5% of maggi, it always comes down to the taste otherwise it would be the best to have made a homemade tomato sauce.
