ITEM ORDERED: CANON E 510 Printer.
I had ordered a CANON Printer from Dejavutrends with upfront payment on 10 March 2014. The delivery was promised within 4 to 5 days. As on date, 55 days have elapsed and still there is no sign of the printer delivery. I have tried contacting their customer support more than 100 times, but no one attends to the calls. I have raised a number of support request complaints by e-mail. Each and every time, the reply is "your request is noted" and no further action is taken after that. Of late, their customer support number is out of order so that they can merrily loot and cheat more gullible customers.
I REQUEST OTHER PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS TO BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS WHILE DEALING WITH THIS FIRM, IF THEY DO NOT WANT TO LOSE THEIR MONEY.
