I am fortunate to have bought Elica chimney, variety of choices to choose from as per the need and requirement. This is the first company who's rep. has asked me about the size of kitchen and about my family members, then suggested me the product which will suits my kitchen and also my requirement, good way maan, thy suggested wht suits me, not the one they wanted me to buy.
After the purchase, installation done along with demo. demo guy explained in detail abt prd and cleaning method. again impressed, I knw hw to use the prd, but elica prd has some special feature, which was explained by the service technician.
