After selking the bike they don't care about customers service.
I purchased an Activa 6G in October 2020, and wemt for my 3rd servicing of it.
They have broken the back light guad and after complaining for that they are making lot of drama.
No one is ready to listen me, and the guys who are siting inside are very rude and unprofessional.
If they don't accept their mistake that's also fine but rude behaviour and unprofessional manners are not accepted.
Atleast Honda should take action on it, it will cause a big problem in future sales.
Even by this behaviour, I will never go for Honda.
