I have placed an order for deemark hair oil. I received an expired product. I called the office and they assured me that it will be exchanged in two days but there was no response.
I waited for five days and again called them. I spoke to a lady executive and requested for exchange but she said she is not at all concerned with the product and the executive who has promised before was outstation. her name was ABHINAYA. Infact abhinaya was there . later I asked the lady why she was bluffing me .i requested her to exchange the product because I paid 1450 . instead of speaking softly she started yelling at me, abusing me, calling by different bad names, and calling me FAALTHU DAANA in Telugu and disconnected the phone.
Later I called the office many times but there was no response. so I called the Delhi office and requested them to exchange. I spoke to the concerned person Karthik and he promised me that he will take action. but till now there is no response/
I sincerely request my other friends not To waste their money on deemark. It is absolutely waste. They are good with us till they get the money. Once they get they do not take liability on the damaged or expiry product. Nowa days we are all suffering with hairfall. A customer spends his or hardened money on a product only seeking good results but unfortunately here in the case of deemark they sell expiry products and take no liability and appoint the staff who are well versed in using abusive language whenever they get a call from a customer. Infact I may use the word goondas . Why because they threaten the customers if the customer calls them after receving the expiry product and requests them to exchange.
So friends pls beware of deemark and their lady staff who are very well trained in using the abusive language and disconnecting the phone whenever there is a need for the poor customer who fell in their trap.Thanku let the almighty save my friends from buying deemark hairoil. Instead of growth u may hav bald head becuase of expired products
