Review time: Dedh Ishqiya.
This movie has to be good, I opted Dedh over Yarriaan. My last encounter with Vishal Bhardwaj was a disaster and felt like doing 8th khoon(Vishal Bhardwaj) after watching 7 Khoon Maaf. Review of this movie by few known film buffs ensured that I select Dedh over Honey Singh movie(Yarriaan) YO YO HONEY SINGH.
Everyone likes Madhuri, I am no different, I had even seen her return movie - Aaja Nachle(which was a dud). Had high hopes from her in this movie and she has done a good job. Wo lehza, wo tameez aur wo adainyee, tauba tauba! Before we move to next character let me tell you she looks gorgeous in pink saree. Naseer sahab(Khaalu), who am I to say anything about him. Subhan allah!. His timing, dialogue delivery, tone and gestures; another wonderful performance by him.
Arshad Warsi has after a very long time done something which reminds me of Tere Mere Sapne wala Arshad. Lively, carefree and Aashiq. Together he and Naseer saab are unbeatable.
How can I not mention Huma, her character was very similar to Gangs Of Wasepur. It's always a pleasure to watch her. Vijay Raaz(nawab), I saw him after a very long time and he was serious, stupid and entertaining. Story telling is amazing, dialogues compliment story and shayari ka tadka makes this movie a pleasure to watch. Music is soothing, old classical songs were pleasant surprise and I liked that song "hamri atariya. Only hitch I have is(though it does not matter) dressing of Madhuri, it could have been even better.
Abhishek Chaubey has done a superb job. Thanks for making this wonderful movie.
So pal, if you can read the happiness and satisfaction of watching cinema in this review, please buy a ticket and experience it. Don’t go buy 3 star reviews kyunki "Nusikhiye bana ke chal chitra lakh crore kama rahe hai; is heere ki keemat, paid review likhne wale 3 star laga rahe hai."
