I have enrolled for their services and after 20 days I got a mail from Mohan from debit coctor stating the masking amount for three accounts.For one account he asked me to pay 9190/- and said that after negotiating with the bank we have arrived to that amount.and same with two more accounts, but I want to cross check with bank and walked in the branch and the total due for the above mentioned account was 4275/- with out any negotiation.
Same I reported to Mr.Mohan and he say's why you have approached the bank after opting our services and no explanation given further, later some one named Ananth called me and said I will look after the issue and get back to you but its already 3 weeks but no response from them after several remainders and mails.But every thing which was happened I have taken on mail with that I have approached advocate and taking legal proceedings on them.
Dont try to transact with debit doctor, they will no do any thing other than taking money from and simply disappearing.I think their payment gateway has to be blocked because almost all transaction are happening online so that few people will be saved from these cheaters.
