So, if you’re planning to watch this movie then I would simply suggest you to skip it. The original Death Note is an amazing anime/manga. Being a die hard anime fan, I always suggest it to my friends who never watched anime. Its really the anime to binge watch and get someone stuck to anime. But this movie is an utter disappointment. Netflix has changed the plot entirely and in a very bad way and it has been very, very unfair for the original series. I would suggest one to watch the original series as it indeed is a masterpiece, but not this adaptation by Netflix. No wonder why anime fans around the world were so furious about it. Its time Hollywood stop destroying such masterpieces with their stupid adaptations.
