I had bought BlackBerry 8110 Pearl from Dealsandyou.com a month ago. I have been shopping on dealsandyou since the start of the website. When I received the Handset from Ritco Tech, I was shocked to see a clearly used cellphone. I called the mobile no. mentioned on the delivery package, which turned out to be of Ritco Tech, who was the supplier. When I told them about the used cellphone they had sent me instead of a new one, they simply told me that since I had bought the deal from dealsandyou.com, I should contact them.
I promptly wrote a mail to dealsandyou and also attached the image of the product. I got a call from dealsandyou one hour after I sent the mail. The customer care executive assured me that they will contact Ritco Tech and resolve the matter as soon as possible.
The next day, I got a call from an executive from Ritco Tech, who said they had received a call from dealsandyou.com and are going to replace the cellphone. I was asked to send the Blackberry back to Ritco Tech. After one week, I received a brand new Blackberry from Ritco Tech. I am very thankful to deals and you to have helped me to get the Blackberry replaced.
