Datacomp is a company which is good only for freshers and not for experienced professionals. In fact, it is not professional at all.
Pls dont join Datacomp. You will be wasting your time.The technology there is from Baba Azam ka jamana and the management is not going to change it anytime soon. They just want dhanda. They dont look at growing. If business is there it does not matter to them even if people are working in DOS.
And since Datacomp is a product-based company, once you are assigned to a project, you will stay there forever. And, in that project too don’t hope to grow beyond a Senior executive designation. Because, the project leaders are fixed for all departments and they are never going to leave Datacomp.
And it is a policy of the management that they never give you a senior designation so that they don’t have to pay you more. The attitude of the management is very miserly.
Also, in November, they had implemented an organisation-wide 25% deduction in the salary. However, without revealing to other employees, they deducted only 8% of the salary for about 8 people. The anger of the employees is not about this discrepancy in the deduction but that they were kept in the dark about it. And when it became known and some employees protested, they were told that these 8 people are very important to the company. So, the message to the other employees is that they are not important. Also, for people who are being hired now, I have heard that they are giving normal salaries. So, this means that people who have spent more than a year in Datacomp are at a loss. Because, they have more experience than people who are coming but are earning a lower or the same salary.
