I had my worst experience with Data Movers and Packers for moving my Household items from Gurgaon to Bangalore. They delivery was beyond promised day and secondly when household items were damaged and in broken state. Naveen did not respond to calls. Further subsequently for 2 weeks took the excuse his child was in Hospital. However he was taking other booking which showed his frivolous excuse was just to fool customer.
Thirdly I had ennquired with Naveen whether they have their own Transporters and office in Bangalore. He confirmed that Data Movers and Packers has office in Bangalore and Transportation would not be outsourced. However the movers and packers who delivered the goods were from a different company and I realised only on letter head of Data Packers and Movers they had an office.
Therefore I would never engage Data Packers & Movers ever.
