According to the Story'Dark Room' it defines us about a lady who bears the violence of her husband and in return respects him by not reacting or raising her voice no hands over her husband.

Its explains us that how a well educated Indian women intellectually tries to give a clue t all the women in the world that violence is not the solution to every problem she new why does her husband treats her in a bad and horrible way as it is because of his work, over frustration, stress and disrespect anger at work where he unloads all of these on his wife.
