I booked the sofa on 22 May 2016 in JP Nagar showroom and till date I haven't received the delivery. AS per the sales commitment they said it will be delivered within 45 days of booking but now it’s more than 45 days still there is no response w.r.t to delivery.
I need to keep calling them and their response is very pathetic they say the Sofa is shipped from SRILANKA(where the manufacturing plant is located) and it’s in the container and I would be receiving within 10 days. This type of response I get every time when I call the showroom. They say it would take at times even more than 45 days for delivery.
These people will manufacture all their products from Sri Lanaka and try to club all the orders in one single shipment from there to India and in due process they delay the delivery. Their response is very pathetic and I suggest DAMARO is not the better place to buy any furniture due to there lethargic sales and delivery. During this competitive world of quick delivery like so many online furniture sales(Pepper Fry, Urban ladder, etc.) this people are lagging far behind them in all the aspects.
When I try to reach out to their head office higher up personals for any complaints/grievances they would direct our phone calls to the showroom manager and by no way I can reach out to there higher ups for lodging the complaints this shows their bad attitude towards to customer/clients.
I would go to consumer court if required if they don't return back my advance amount along with the interest, i am no way interested in pursuing to buy furniture with them.
I don't recommend DAMARO for any buyers please stay away from this shops .
