From my personal experience, I am telling you, please don't choose dalda vanaspathi ghee as a substitute for natural ghee. Dalda was once a major part of our kitchen until my father became a cholesterol patient and when doctor priscribed to avoid Dalda. It contains Trans fat.
This may makes your food tasty but it's unhealthy. So please avoid Dalda vanaspathi ghee in your food. It's dangerous to health.
