On the whole, my experience with Dakshin Honda has been positive.
Initially, I was working in Electronics City, which meant that getting the car serviced at Dakshin Honda, Hosur Road was quite convenient. Subsequently, I changed jobs and no longer had to go to Electronics City, but I still prefer going to Dakshin Honda, even though now it's quite out of the way.
The only complaint I have is that they do not have an effective reminder process for when your service is due, the way most other dealers have. Another point is that at times I have to wait a good while to pick up my car, despite coming at the time they mention.
Other than that, service quality is very good. They take note of all minor issues that you mention and address them. No unnecessary work is done(one time, the technician mentioned he'd check for wheel alignment and balancing - I was pretty sure i'd get charged for it, but was pleasantly surprised when he told me that he checked and it wasn't required at this service).
On more than one occaison, they have done brush touch-up for minor scratches without charge. Once they removed a medium size dent from the rear bumper at no charge, and once removed it was not possible to make out that the dent had been there.
The staff is very courteous and you get the feel that they do realize the importance of the customer. The technicians keep trying to sell you some pricey add-ons, but I guess all dealers do that. You just have to be firm and say no!
