I ordered a leather watch strap for my apple watch a month ago as it really looked good in the picture and I needed a change in the watch. I received the strap in 9-10 days which was hell a lot of time and when I opened the packet to look at the strap and oh my god it was pathetic.
The colour of strap I ordered was tan colour and I received a very dark brown colour close to black which was looking bad. The leather was also not genuine as I could smell it and tell.
The strap costed around 2500 and in that amount you provide such pathetic products I guess it is a shame on you.
I contacted the costumer care and asked them to return it as the product was different from the image and the quality was pathetic but they refused to change it as it they said it doesnt not have any signs of damage and I received the product I ordered so it cannot be changed,
I applied it on my watch and it looked really bad so the band is lying as it is in my house.
I even tried selling it on olx but the person who came to buy it also refused to buy it in 1500 rs which was really bad.
Honestly I dont recommend shopping on this website as they sell cheap quality products and you will end up wasting your money!
