Having bought in 2015, started using it only since 2017 onwards since I was abroad. Paid Rs. 43500 at that time. I have no complaints about cooling of the AC. Last month it developed some problems and the mother board had to be changed at a cost of Rs. 5000. I expressed my concerns, not demanded any free replacement, had to write a few mails to them and to my surprise they blocked my mail id. How can a customer get more offended than this? They not even gave a Company Invoice for the replaced part and obviously no guarantee as well. After paying such a high price for a high end product then again spending Rs. 5000 for a defective part, it is little bit painful.
