I feel this review is:
I am having 17 daikin inverter splits installed at my residence for the last 4 years and I have paid for their AMC's ever since. Four machines started giving me problems and I was told by Daikin that I will have to pay for the parts in spite of paying for comprehensive AMC. Left with no choice I had to pay and they could repair only three of the four machines. The fourth machine they were unable to repair. For the fourth machine they tell me to change parts worth 25000 for a 48000 Rs machine and still the machine was faulty. The best techies were unable to diagnose the problem. So they tell me to scrap the machine. Imagine scrapping such an expensive machine afte onlyr four years of use. If such a problem would have happened with a product of such a high end brand one expects the company to come forward and replace the product and apologize but what did Daikin India do . they tell me to give them another chance and they expect me to buy another Daikin instead. They are not looking at the fact that they are losing out on a big brand loyal customer who already has 17 daikin machines. Worst is the amount of time these people take to attend to your call. My machine was attended to after 4 months of constant pestering. I would advise anybody going to buy an AC to rather buy a General or a Mitsubishi AC as there are far superior in customer service. Daikin is a company without any ethics. They are only selling on their past brand value which is negative today.
