From the day I have purchased the ac, there is water leakage problem and the service team has repaired the ac several times but the problem could not be addressed properly.several mails has been exchanged between me and customer care(daikin), but they are not at all responding for a replacement with new machine as its under warranty period.at the time I write a mail to customer care, they only reply with the default message.there is no contact from their side at all for the repairing of the ac and everytime only assurance is being given to me.its so painful for me getting such kind of poor response from daikin.
