I have 3 Inverter AC(Model ATKP50QRV16) bought in Feb-March 2016.
I was having a problem with one of the AC and when I called your customer care with the error code(F3), I was given their number(AIRCARE E-138, Amar Colony Lajpat Nagar - IV New Delhi - 110024 Ph:+91-9810113355)
When I spoke with Mr. Sanjeev Kumar(CEO) he told me he would get back to me as his technicians were not available at that time. Later in the day, I got a call from 011 45551333 on Monday, 28th August 2017 from some person that a technician would visit me on that day and charges are 650+ 18% GST(It should be 400+18% GST as per your customer care).
However, no one visited me that day after repeated calls and assurances. On 29th August a technician visited me and not knowing anything about a inverter AC told me, either this is wrong or that is wrong(I showed him the error code F3). When I spoke to the person on 011 45551333 and told him that visit charge is supposed to be 400+18 GST, he told me "emergency case ka yahi hota hai" However he told the technician to take 550/- which I paid as just wanted the AC to get fixed. He also told me that if someone calls you, please say that your AC is fixed as I had told him that I have spoken with Daikin customer care and have lodged the complaint for the AC with them vide ref no. DEL2908201711592453 which I trusting them did(cancelled call)
Till date my issue is not fixed and I would like to seriously complain about the above mentioned persons. I hope some serious action will be taken against this malpractice and breach of trust by overcharging against such service partners of yours. They are a disgrace to your company and I will be raising this issue to the highest level.
Bunch of frauds milking the customers who have faith in the brand.
