Hi All,
I'm not sure about the positive reviews, but I want to share my bad experience.
I bought Daikin inverter model AC on 19-Mar-2017 from the starting day itself it was not cooling that good, exactly after a month 21-Apr-2017 instead of cool air hot air was coming. I have raised this to Daikin Service Centre exactly after 2 days they responded and said that Gas in the cylinder has gone and they filled it.
Again after a month 20-May-2017 the cooling stopped again, and I raised the same to service desk the same repeated, the service guy has reached me after 2 days. He said sir their is a problem in Out door unit, it is automatically offing and not turning on again.
From past 2 days I'm keep on calling service desk and Hyd service centre(Freez N Cool), no one is responding and I have mailed to cs@daikinindia.com(mail of Daikin service) and their also no reply from the team.
Me and My family suffered a lot, with no sleep for 2 days in such a hot climate.
People who want to buy this company's product please consider all the above points and take care.
