I brought a 2 tonne split AC from Daikin, and while delivering the product they were quite fast, and then everything was slow and bad, from installation to verification from engineer, and the 4 services which have gone without a solution.
Within 1st month AC already not in running condition - for every complaint the engineer blames on previous engineer. The awesome part was when the last engineer actually told me that the installation was bad and I would suggest that you place a bucket below the AC to collect the water.
It is really very difficult to say what is worse, is it the service or the product.
