I bought Daikin 1.5 tons inverter ac thru Flipkart. Daikin made me a pariah, not wanting to service my requests as I had bought an AC made by them as I bought it from Flipkart. As if, it was a fake! It was made at Neemrana plant. Anyway, I wrote to the MD who never replied. After a year, the AC frequently went dormant and had to be restarted every time, causing acute shortage of sleep during teh long summers. Service centre guy said outdoor PCB is fried and plsnshell out 9000-12000 to replace!
I think this is a useless company with no ethics and pathetic quality of products. Somehow they have created a perception of being good, Japanese etc. But buy with an extra 10k to20k to repair it within a year or two.
Better buy a local or fair price Indian brand.
