Hello friends, dabur chyawanprash is a funtastic product of dabur. the flavour is sweet but not too sweet with to me a very very very tiny bit of spice / heat to it. I have always been extremely regular but I do not what I consider and improvement in my wobel moments firmness and actually in the total wobel moments themselves. sleeps has improved energy improve mind and label of calmness improve. I have about a T. of this jam on a piece of toast which I also spread with ghee. very good product and this is one of those products I will always try to have on hand. thanks
