It is usually summer when I fall sick due to the excess heat
in my body and this is the tiem I start having chyavanprash.
The brand of my choice is Dabur. I like the taste and the
ingredients are extremely helpful for my body. It contains lots of
vitamins and minerals essential for the body. the main ingredient is Amla
it helps increase the immunity of the body and also helps cool it
from within. Since it comes from a brand like dabur, the quality
is the best and the availability is never a problem as you can find it easily
at any local store or super market. The one I bought was for 150 rupees for a 450 gram pack. The Dabur chyavanprash comes in different
flavours as well and I am keen to try the mango flavour. there is also a chocolate variant. It is suitable for everyone
at all ages. But it contains sugar hence diabetes patients should stay away from it. there is a special sugar free variant available for you!
