Hi Frinds! Today I will write my review about a veg food corner of lucknow.That is Dabbu Veg corner.It is located at Shop No. 16, Kasturba Market, Chowk, Lucknow near Rumi Darwaza area.They seve veg food items like Veg Kebab Pratha, Veg Biryani, Chole Bhature, Paneer Tikka, Veg Sink Kebab etc.Now I will explain in details which are a follows.
Food And Presentation-The quality of food is just average do not hope for a mouth watering taste here .You get a veg Kebab at Rs 10/= and Paratha at RS 8/=.Veg Soya Tikka Korma Half Plate at RS 50/= whereas full at RS 100/=.You can give a try to veg soya tikka korma as it is little bit satisfactory in the term of taste.Rest items do not work well in taste.Talking about the presentation of food so it is hideous and pathetic as they have no sense how to keep gravy well in plates.The quality of sauces and edible oil is also very low which also influent the presentation in negative manner.So my experience about food and presentation is not satisfactory with them.
Ambience-You can not any thing as ambience here .As very first thing is the environment here is so filthy and the way they cook food is also very filthy.On the entrance of their shop they have placed there steel made food counter on which they have placed their canteen burner and other utensils for cooking.Coming inside their shop is a hideous experience as they ambience inside the shop is very filthy the walls of inner area of shop is painted in light lemon colors and a border of white and Grey contrast tile is fitted in the middle of the walls as we usually have in our wash basin .Lean bench like steel made tables are kept close to walls and plastic made stools for sitting .A very poor arrangement for sitting so do not sit here at all.A very pathetic ambience of inner area of shop.
Customer Service-Not at all satisfactory as they have few numbers of people as staff and they are not capable of dealing numbers of customers at a time therefore you have to wait for your term to give your order and then wait for getting your order moreover neither their staff is proactive nor they are agile.They are also very care less about hygiene as you can easily see the left used food item of their customers laying on the tables and floor .Their workers do not pay attention on this thing and let it be there without cleaning table and floor.Therefore a very big minus point is customer service.Very unprofessional and unmanageable.
Value For Money-If we talk about the cost of food items so it is reasonable.Not too much expensive but we we talk about customer service, ambience and over all for value for money place .So I do not think it is accurate for this feature.I will give 2 out of 5 stars for over all value for money place to this food corner.
Due to their filthy atmosphere and poor sitting arrangements I will not recommend them to anyone.
