Pyaarey Tharkiyo, 'Vaasna kay darindo' aur 'havas kay pujaariyo' (Said in the same spirit as 'Friends, Romans and Countrymen'),
This is a dubbed movie from tamil and the star-cast consists of Mamta Kulkarni, Mink and Sadhavi. Need I say more?
The hero's name was not mentioned at all. The storyline is as irrelevant to the movie as the storyline of a hard core porn movie.
The hero (hence forth referred to as 'ugly motherfokker') is some kinda photographer who comes to Khajurao for some photoshoot and meets this girl and mamta kulkarni is some devdasi and there is another girl who is after the hero and a lot of other shi t happens, BUT WHO CARES, eh?
The movie is supposed to be watched under a constant state of fast-forward, and it'll require a keen eye, fast reflexes and a sharp instinct to know the exact places where you'll have to play it at normal speed. You'll usually find yourself doing this :
-Fast forward for around 10 minutes
-A sudden movement of arm reaching for the remote
-Rewinding a little bit and watching the scene at normal speed for around couple of minutes.
OK...now let me not raise your hopes too much, as it's not exactly "Emmanuelle Part-II", but yeah, there are three bathing scenes (why women in villages bath with their saris on is something that I have never been able to understand), a few scenes where they show the woman moaning and groaning plus a couple of jhingaa-laa-laa scenes. The hero, a perfect dikhead, is about as expressive as a goat's head lying in a butcher's shop, and reminded me of this guy who used to fix cycle tyre punctures in Delhi. The babes are buxom in true south indian movie spirit.
The best part is that since the whole movie needs to watched in fast-forward except for a few scenes, you'll be done with the whole movie in like 25 minutes. Now that's a mean achievement for a hindi movie.
The first action scene is not to be missed to save your lives The hero runs towards the goons (big moustaches and maniacal laughter) in slow motion and beats the shi t out of them. The special effects reminded me of "Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon". OK, atleast the hero was flying around just like the way they do in that movie. The scene starts when a bus stops on the way to Khajurao, and this girl (Who later on turns the vamp), step out of the bus for a little trickle behind the bushes, when the goons catch hold of her. She then watches the hero cream them and gets on the bus again. And I being my observant self was left screaming, "Hey....what the fuk happened to your trickle?"
Amongst other things you get to see those erotic statues of Khajurao. Not that it's a selling point, but i'm just telling...
