I had recently shifted to a new house, I had just a month left for my recharge which I used to do annually...which makes me a advance paying good customer. I requested Tata Sky guys to come and check if they will be able to provide me with a HD connection.
They promised me it can be done and all...when it came to actually installing ...they refuse d saying u have internal wiring, and that there is no direction etc.etc. this just two days after they accepted payment from me and fully knowing the location and the challenges in the place.
Over the years their service levels have gone down . Every few months they will come up with a new hardware...and if u need to upgrade..u need to purchase a new hardware...first a simple box, then recording box, then only hd then tata sky+ and now tata sky plus hd....all ways to earn on their devices which they are getting made in china at absolutely cheap prices.
Pls live upto tata brand....or is it that tata's are going the other business level...this is not I expect from tata group company even after being a customer for 5 years....
There is no grevience mechanism available to the customer....u only have a call center.....I mean grow up guys...iam moving to Airtel IPTV or some other dth player if they are ready to provide me with DTH in HD
