During the recent rains the Dish had changed directions, to register a complaint I dialed 1800 102 8080 from my registered mobile, it was disconnecting my line, suggesting to dial 12150. This number cant be reached anytime of the day.
After complaining through mail and by contacting through land line, various dates and time was given by the so called customtakeouter service, even after 3 days it is yet to be rectified, 6.30 pm on 1st Nov , 8.00 pm on 2nd Nov and this morning @ 11 they said in Hal an hour's time. WHY digitization, customtakeouter oriented or company oriented.
