My account number is 1009171794 I had received a letter from TATA SKY to upgrade to Tatasky Plus HD. I placed an order to purchase the upgrade on 1st April. The intention was to record the ICC cricket final.
The tele executive confirmed that the installation would be completed by 5pm of 1st April. When nothing happened by then. I complained & was promised that this would be done by 2PM of the following day. No one attended to this complaint also. Angry, I sought a refund of the amount I had paid by credit card on 1st through the IVRS. In spite of several complaints, no one is now refunding the money that Tata Sky has with them. Buyers, Beware.
These DTH service providers are worse than the local cablewala.
