I booked a packet from Gurgaon to Delhi. It took DTDC 6 days to deliver the parcel 30 kms from Gurgaon to Delhi. I finally had to speak to the delivery boy myself to ensure that the packet got delivered. I sent a mail to their customtakeouter service manager ( dtdcco@dtdc.com, css.co@dtdc.com, dtdcho@vsnl.com). But I did not get a reply.


Never again will I use them. Why should I pay high prices for zero service.
