Two times it has happen when we selected DTDC to send package to MP. One time a cell phone and other time a important document. For mobile we selected the two days delivery guaranty but it was not delivered till 1 month. DTDC was not even responding properly to complains and status update emails.
I have all those emails with me for reference. After every two or three email they will reply we are looking into it please bear with us. After a months follow up they says package was lost and all we can do is next time we will send your mobile for free. No compensation nothing. I logged complaint with consumer forum.
This is worst courier server. Don't Trust Dis Courier that is what DTDC mean.
