I feel this review is:
In mangalore I received a courier which was not delivered to us for want of address. courier boy has decided within 3 minutes "address not found" and kept pending for 5 days and returned the article! They are reluctant to find out addresses. DTDC is still defending their misdeed. In mangalore within municipal limit also articles will not be delivered at our our door step and we are expected to visit their office.
