I have one parcel which is coming through dtdc courier service from Mumbai to Abu road , they have provide me the worst service which they can .
It took 23-24 days to deliver my parcel from Mumbai to aburoad which is just 800 kms. .
How they can do that when I call there customer care they give another number which is unreachable and on tracking the parcel it is showing parcel has return to Jaipur . Hand it was nkt updating till they deliver me the parcel it showing that only that it has returned to Jaipur .
Poor customer service and they dont have respect for their customer .
Please don't send any parcel through dtdc courier service.
