I feel this review is:
I have sent some parcel on 3rd May23 with pay huge amount money from Hyderabad to Kolkata. They told me by Friday(5th May) or max 6th May, it will delivered at my destination. Still 7th May parcel not reached. Is it expected from DTDC? If DTDC takes that much time then through by speed post we can send the parcel via post office! I have called customer service and requested to deliver by 6th May at anyhow. But nobody cares. Very painful experience.
