My tracking number was D15800042 and sent an old TV through the courier service.
The person told no need of any insurance and our service is very good. His words were "Bhagwaan ka naam lo aur bhej do." The TV reached in multiple pieces and is of no use now.
Now when I call him for right process for claim settlement he says "How can the TV be broken if the outside is fine?" Sir, its the same way if someone poisons u and u die even if your outside is fine.
As expected DTDC people keep my phone on hold all the time.
