Myself Sachin Sukhathankar residing in Ponda, Goa.
A consignment booked for me on 14/9/19 from Nagpur has not been delivered as on date. DTDC does not have any helpline no. to enquire about the status. My consignment is travelling from Nagpur to Bangaluru to Goa resulting in delay in delivery.
In my opinion 4 days are enough for any parcel/doc to reach goa from nagpur.
I suggest all the consumers to switch to our own Indian Postal Services viz: Speedpost, speed parcel or cargo service which gives assured delivery and economical too than these MNC idiots.
