Worst courier service ever with worst delivery boy. Review on DTDC Courier

I don’t know how DTDC gained so much fame. Maybe they have used money to gain the fame. I have recieved couriers from many other companies but this is the worst one. My seller dispatched a percel from hoogly district on 22nd of June. It arrived at my kolkata office on 23rd June and went for delivery on the same date. Infact the delivery boy called me and enquired about my address. Till now after calling for several times I haven’t recieved my percel. My seller has been trying her best to help me out. On top of that whenever I’m calling the delivery boy either he is not picking up the phone or even if picking up he is showing attitude and misbehaving with me as well as my seller. If possible please do take action against your delivery boy. He is keeping the percel with him for two days and marking delivery failed (door locked) in the tracking status. I’m really fed up with dtdc and their services.
