I live in UK and bought something to be posted to me. The item was to be delivered to Gujarat from Karnataka. I am not sure when the parcel got to Gujarat but once it was in their office I was told it would be delivered the next day…..
Two days later still not have it….rang the number in Surat and asked about it and got the same answer I got two days ago “the delivery man will pick your stuff up today and will be delivered to you tomorrow”….when I told her that I was given the same answer two days ago she said we only deliver to your place twice a week, I got upset so she hung up on me, rang again did not answer the phone…..after 3-4 tries she answers and when I threatened to complain to the Bangalore head office she started talking normally…..
In short the service is rubbish, people are rude, if you are expecting to get an urgent or business critical item to reach its destination then you will be disappointed and your business will suffer…..
I gave one star as I did not have a choice, otherwise I would give them 0 star.....
