The parcel was sent on 1 march 2012 from nashik the parcel has traveled all throughout the country from kolkata to Pune twice and finally revived it on 9 of march in jamnagar with the broken parcel with reply we are not responsible for it this the parcel was completely broken with nothing left in it and the representative with a arrogant attitude said its not my problem you go lodge a complaint I felt like slapping him there only. this is the worst courier service I have seen with such a irresponsible behavior and such bad services I will never again use you services and advice all my friends to never use it too so not to face things I have faced here. Worst courier company seen.
I would recommend you not use this courier service and also to mention here the my friends courier is missing past 2 months....
