I am really very surprised to experience the DTDC courier service. How can any service provider can be so irresponsible, time consuming, unprofessional in this competitive business atmosphere.
I had a parcel dispatched from Mumbai on 29th Jan 2015 and was told that it will be delivered within 2 working days but to my astonishment even today on 4th feb till now I have not received the item. upon visiting DTDC tracking website it shows out for delivery for last two days, when tried to contact on the given landline number of the company I got no response from the office several time the same experience witnessed.
A very sad, and unsatisfied experience.
