I have tried DTDC a couple of times for the sole reason, cheaper rates.I have been disappointed more than once with the service. But this time it has been terrible. I sent a card(nothing that can be stolen) and faced the following:1.> Extreme delay (by 2 weeks!!!!),
Unresponsive customer care. I tried calling them more than 50 times (not exaggerating) and when I get through, the lady tells me she will get back and she never does. I kept trying after that but no one answers the call.3.> Wrong phone numbers and email ids (of certain branches) on the official website of DTDC. So I could not contact the destination branch.Finally, I had to send someone to their branch to collect the shipment. There is no way I can lodge a complaint as well. Useless service.. has left me totally bitter.(Just adding a few words to make it minimum 150 words..blah blah blah blah blah)
