Such terrible service! I had some important documents to send through the international service. I was promised a delivery within 3-4 working days. It's been more that 20 days and the consignment is still in transit. Pathetic customer care service as well. All phone lines have been constantly down, and they make no effort to respond to the complaints. Even after requesting them to take my contact number down and call me back from a functional phone line, no response. Overall, it has been a horrible experience and I am never, ever repeating the mistake of availing their service again.
