I had inquired with DTDC Dwarka Nashik regarding Dipawali snacks delivery to my son in Germany. DTDC showed interest in delivering the same and assured me that they would deliver the consignment within one week of booking. I had booked a 8kg parcel on 6th Oct. 2022 with chalan no. N25218430 with a payment of ₹7642.00
The consignment is not delivered till today i. e. 8th Nov. 2022.
DTDC gave me a blatent reply that the consignment is held up by customs in Germany. DTDC did not exert any eforts to convience the customs regarding the facts that it did not contain any objectionable item.
DTDC'S services are simply useless and unreliable.
