I feel this review is:
They keep parcels stuck within their branches for 10 to 15 days. Never ever invest your time or money on this horrible courier service provider else you will resent it later as I did. They never bothered to pick up the call even.Their customer service number will never connect you to the representative even when you wait for 1 hr. That is the maximum I tried. The only way you can reach them is through twitter.My package was booked on 27th and reached my city on 29th but as now on 4th it is still in transit. No delivery attempted.
