To say that that DTDC services has not met with our expectations is the understatement of the Year. DTDC services is not only unreliable and the attitude is absolutely indifferent and deplorable. It is unbelievable that that such a large consignment simply disappears and vanishes from your offices. I had raised the issue since the 11th of January and it is not right to say that I brought this to your notice last week.
It shows the callous attitude , that no action was taken from the first mails. DTDC offices seem to be digging into every parcel and large scale pilferage seem to be taking place. You are informing me after 2 weeks that the consignment is lost. Most disappointing indeed. I definitely would like to be compensated for this loss and I am also going to take legal action for the loss of good will and the business besides the trauma and inconvenience of chasing a lot of inefficient people.
I sincerely hope that the top management of DTDC wakes up to such complaints and criticism.
